Kids at School

We just finished another day of Preschool at our house! And since I was updating our Preschool blog with pictures, I thought I would put some pictures of my kiddos on my own blog!

Working on our heart book (I swear to you, no matter how many times we take this kid to get his glasses adjusted, they still slip down his face!):

Today was NOT my best day and the proof was in the snack! Can you even tell what this was supposed to be?!?

It is supposed to be a cat, but in actuality it is a bun/Nutella/cheese slice/cheese stick mess! That’s what I get for not thinking up a snack until ten minutes before school started!

Makenna is by far one of the smartest 3-almost 4 year- year olds I know. She does great at all of her school work, and because of that, I (and everyone else!) often forget she IS just three. Although she knows her numbers, letters, etc. she still needs to work on behaving appropriately in a school setting. This next picture reminds me that she is still learning how to show frustrations correctly, and that she IS JUST THREE and at least six months younger than all the other children (also she has a pretty cute pouty face!)!

She didn’t understand my directions correctly, and when I tried to correct her she got upset about it. However, I was proud of her for quickly getting over it and getting right back to work!

Making a number line and putting pictures next to their right number (and this time it was Mr. Max who had a little tantrum and had to go sit in his room for a minute! I ALWAYS remember HE is still two though, ha ha):

Seriously, I am having more blog posts so far this year than in all of last year combined! No, not really, but this is TWO already just this week! I think I am done until next week! : )
