Sunday morning, Max’s birthday, I was a little camera happy! From the moment he woke up, I was snapping pictures! Until he told me to stop, ha ha. Such a boy!
Go away, Mom!
So Makenna said, “Take pictures of me, Mom!” Ha ha, such a girl!
Then it was presents time! First, a present from Makenna:
She picked out some little policemen and all of their “stuff” for him!
Next, a present that Dad picked out—a Tonka truck (Dad said every little boy needs one of these!):
Apparently they do because our little boy LOVES it!
Mom picked out a lawnmower for the Mr. He’s two now; he needs to get to work!
Afterwards, the kids played around with Max’s new toys and Max tried on his birthday crown:
Then we went to our new church for the first time. The kids loved their new nursery! These kids get to go play on slides in the gym during church! Ha ha, they played with play dough, sang songs, colored pictures, played games, etc. What’s not to love???
After church, we had dinner and then cupcakes for Max’s birthday. He looks SOOOO big here!
After he blew out his candles, he finished out his birthday by chowing down on chocolate cupcakes with sprinkle frosting (he chose!):
