The first weekend in January, we were able to go see a puppet show at the puppet theater with our friends the Robertsons! This was the first big puppet show my kids have ever been to--they have only just gone to small, short shows at the library before. We were really excited to take Makenna because it was a CINDERELLA puppet show!!! And if you know anything about Makenna, you know she is OBSESSED with all things princess! She didn’t enjoy the actual show as much as I thought she would, but she did love seeing the pretty costumes and hearing the songs. Max was much too hyper-little-boy to sit through the show, so Austin had to take him out during the actual show. But it was still a fun activity for them, I think. Afterwards, the puppets had a little “meet and great.” The kids were so sweet and just had to give Cinderella and the Prince hugs! : )
